FS430814 Survey of Campylobacter in broilers from small throughput processing plants.

Tenders are invited for carrying out a survey to find the levels of Campylobacter in broilers from small poultry slaughterhouses in the UK which are not currently carrying out sampling. Sampling will be carried out from slaughterhouses with a throughput of under 250,000 birds per year and would include sampling of the neck skin to match with current requirements, and additional ceca samples to gain information about the levels of Campylobacter in broilers from the farms.
