PL0047 Essex Construction Framework 3

Essex County Council (ECC) is looking to procure a four-year multi-supplier framework agreement for construction services to replace the existing construction framework (ECF2) which expires in early 2024. The Essex Construction Framework 3 (ECF3) will provide design and construction services for education and other capital construction and major maintenance projects, and will be available to other Contracting Authorities as specified in Schedule 1g (attached).
