T0302 A38 Saltash Tunnel - Technical Support

To appoint a consultant to provide technical assistance and project support for the A38 Saltash Tunnel Technology renewal scheme. The consultant shall provide support throughout the project lifecycle, this is envisaged to commence April 2022 and be completed by 2025.
