Building Management System Upgrade

The Cheshire Constabulary Estate currently consists of a mix of buildings of varying age, size and make up. Consequently, the existing BMS System, which is manufactured by Trend, consists of equipment, that also varies in age and model, as well as containing differing versions of Trend Hardware.
