NHS Blood and Transplant has established a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Cold Static Perfusion Fluid UW Solution. NHS Blood and Transplant is the commissioner responsible for providing funding, infrastructure, clinical guidance and standards to the National Organ Retrieval Service (NORS).
