Authorising Engineer for Water AE(W)

1. The Trust currently has a requirement for an Authorising Engineer for Water (AE(W)). This requirement is currently described in HTM04-01, only relates to accessing specialist advice for specific Water engineered solutions where the level of knowledge required is beyond that of the Authorised Person for Water (AP(W).
