The proposal is the second stage in the redevelopment of the West Herts College Dacorum Campus, and will provide a 40,000ft2 Engineering and Construction Centre adjacent to the Phase 1 building, which was completed in 2017.The built form will consist of a two storey educational block which will adjoin the Phase 1 building to the north.
