Wiltshire Council is seeking to create a Framework of providers to deliver Residential Rehabilitation Services for Drug and Alcohol users. The procurement of these services falls within the light-touch regime (LTR - PCR 2015 Regulations 74-77), and therefore the flexibility of the LTR will apply.
