Soft Market Test For The New Commissioning Model for Homecare Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC)

The current homecare commissioning model in CCC operates a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), that is open and closed regularly for new applicants to join. There is no limit on geographical areas.
