16309 Tottington Fire Doors

Works comprise the careful removal of the original corridor fire break door sets (timber & glass) & the hanging of the new sets (10 Nr) FD 30 with brush smoke seals & new s.a.a ironmongery & magnetic hold back plates to permit the doors to be held open unless the fire alarm sounds & they close automatically. Additionally 4 pairs of powder coated aluminium doors with a new powder coated aluminium frame are to replace timber & glass units at four positions on the final escape positions on fire corridors.
