Construction of New Build Homes to Alexandra Avenue

Harrow Council has identified a requirement to build new affordable council housing to meet housing need in the Borough. The designs have been drawn beyond the planning stage, to stage D+, that are included within this ITT pack. The Works comprise of two separate new build buildings in close proximity.
