Greater Manchester Metrolink - Safety Enhancement Market Sounding

On the 9th of November 2016 a tram crashed at Sandilands, Croydon. The subsequent investigation by the Rail Accident and Investigation Branch (RAIB) made several recommendations applicable to the wider industry.
