GB-London: Summary of local government standards regimes and possible sanctions

The Local Government Association (LGA) believes the Government is looking at introducing increased sanctions of councillors who breach their code of conduct. The LGA would like to understand better the range of standards regimes and sanctions for councillors and other politicians who exhibit poor behaviour and conduct when in office.
