Hospital Education Reintegration Service

The aim of the Hospital Education Reintegration Service is to ensure that children and young people, who cannot attend mainstream school because of health needs, are able to access good quality education. The service will work with schools to help them understand their responsibilities for and best practice in supporting children with medical needs.
