To deliver a service that ensures birth families and those affected by adoption and SGO's are supported to manage the impact of adoption/SGO's on their lives through access to independent, impartial information, advice and counselling. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
