The National Laboratory Service (NLS) provides a chemical and microbiological analytical service to its major customer, the Environment Agency (the Agency). As well as carrying out the analysis of samples for the Environment Agency, NLS also manages the collection and transport of samples from Environment Agency user sites to the NLS Laboratories in Starcross and Leeds.
