TVHA wish to procure Cisco Hardware and Software Support and Maintenance for the TVHA Cisco estate. The following locations are to be covered with 24hr, 7days per week with a 4 hour response time (24x7x4): • Twickenham • Hammersmith • Tooting • Woking • Hillingdon.
