Phase I Utilities Works Package

The Project known as Phase 1 Utility Infrastructure Works Package comprises the following: Section 1 - Rugby Club House Section 2 - Onsite Main Utilities Infrastructure Section 3 - Offsite Main Utilities Infrastructure An outline planning application was submitted to Rochford District Council (15/00776/OUT) and permission was granted on the 14 March 2016.
