Ground maintenance at Wharfdale View for 2021/22

AWS have delivered an excellent service to the scheme and their costs for 2021/22 will only rise by £240 for the year compared to this year. I believe that purchasing from AWS represents Best Value for the Council in terms of the quality service they have provided over the past 4 years and to ensure that the grounds maintenance meets residents expectations in terms of their service charge and that such a visible site is not seen to be neglected.
