Procurement of Hydraulic Mooring Capstan/Utility Winch and Hydraulic High Pressure Power Pack

The UK MOD’s Salvage and Marine Operations team (SALMO) have a requirement to procure a either a Hydraulic Mooring Capstan with compatible Hydraulic High Pressure Power Pack (HHPPP) or a Utility Winch and compatible HHPPP.
