South Yard Phase One East

Mini Competition Part 2 for South Yard Phase One East under the Southern Construction Framework. The requirement for the first phase is to deliver direct development in Area 1 East, currently 2 buildings together with the associated infrastructure, services, hard and soft landscaping.
