Short Break Extension

There are currently 8 children and young people receiving domiciliary short break services for children and young people from a single provider that have been receiving a service for a number of years. This is an interim short term contracts to replace the existing agreement which ends (after all extension periods permitted within the existing contract) on 31 December 2019.
