Cost assessment support for RAPID gate two assessment

Awarded using further-competition against the Ofwat Consultancy Framework specifically Lot 1: Economics, Sub-Lot 1A. Regulatory Economics. We require two cost assessment specialists to support the assessment of solutions for the period from 17 October 2022 to 28 February 2023.
