Waste Paper and Card Haulage and Treatment

Wigan Council are seeking a suitably qualified Provider to manage the Haulage and Treatment of Waste Paper and Card collected at the Kerbside by Wigan in-house collection team. The contract length is two years, with an option to extend by two further periods of two years each.
