ESCIT (Equipment Support Continuous Improvement Team) are an internal consultancy team within DE&S (Defence Equipment and Support). ESCIT require the Contractor to deliver professional Management Consultancy training and roleplay to cohorts of internal ESCIT staff over a period of 3 years.
