The University requires single provider for the replacement of the existing roof coverings to all four quadrangles in the Hawthorn Building. Works includes taking up felt / asphalt systems, including insulation back to the decking, and the removal of felt laid directly to existing asphalt and re-laying with a new insulated roof system.
