The Council requires a contractor to undertake all preparatory works, to supply and install hard surface landscaping (e.g. permeable resin bound surfacing footpaths), the removal of screening walls by rear entrance doors, the supply and installation of sundry items, e.g. commercial rotary washing lines, sustainable seating (wheelchair accessible) and PIR security lighting.
