GB-Salisbury: Determination of Complete Antibody Sequences from Hybridoma Cells

The Authority has 3 monoclonal antibody-secreting hybridoma cell lines and has a requirement for a Contractor to determine the nucleotide sequences of each hybridoma that correspond to the secreted monoclonal antibody. The Contractor shall extract and determine the sequences of mRNA species corresponding to the secreted antibody from the cell line.
