SH05134 - Garage Condition Survey & Refurbishment

The works comprise improvement works to approximately 3,271 garages at 362 locations across the City. The works shall mainly comprise of, new garage doors, flat roofs and roof line, some garage renewal, works to compound area, painting, and concrete repairs.
