Automated Benefits Alerts Processing Service 2022-24

The provision of managed service solutions to process Universal Credit Decision Service (UCDS) alerts, Verify Earnings and Pensions (VEP) alerts, and Disabled Band Reduction Scheme alerts. For each solution the robotics works as an officer would, logging in, completing screens and calculating claims, adding notebooks, etc. to the NEC system F&HDC uses for processing revs & bens claims and accounts.
