GB-Medway, Kent: External Surfaces and Retaining Walls 2016-2017

The scope of works will include the repairs and renewal of the following elements: •Communal Parking Areas surfaces, retaining and boundary walls •Paving to estate areas •Estate retaining walls and boundary walls •Structural brickwork repairs Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
