Development of the Galleon Arts Centre

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) is one of five Priority Places in London, as designated by Arts Council England (ACE). Priority Places are areas where investment and engagement in the arts have historically been low, yet significant opportunities exist for impactful cultural development.
