MIROCALS Study Flow cytometry cell subset numeration in human whole blood and monitoring of pNF-H in CSF and plasma samples by ELISA

The Service Provider is requested to monitor the absolute number and frequency of circulating white blood cell subsets including FOXP3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs), CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, B, and NK cells in EDTA whole blood samples and the circulating pNF-H biomarker in CSF and plasma. For whole blood samples, cell subsets should be analysed by flow cytometry. There will be 216 patients and 5 time points per patient (1080 samples in total).
