Purchase of Transcription software

This is a request for new software to run a pilot, there is no current contract in place: Otter.ai software for 1 year - cost Under 20k for one year trial. If pilot is successful and there is a requirement to rollout further i.e. increase usage and extend beyond the 1 year, the correct procurement route will need to be followed for the wider rollout at that stage.
