Banking Services and Merchant Acquiring Services

West Lancashire Borough Council is undertaking a review of its current banking and merchant acquiring arrangements and is inviting potential service providers to tender for new contracts to commence as follows:  Banking: April 1st, 2019.  Merchant Acquiring: no later than November 19th, 2018 The tender is divided into two Lots.
