Contract for the Distribution of the Durham County News (DCN) and Other Publications

Durham County Council ("the Council) is seeking to appoint a sole Contractor to distribute the Council's Durham County News (DCN) Magazine (the Magazine) four times a year (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter).
