This project is a part of the wider Project ADDER project for Hastings, which is a Home Office funded pilot project addressing Crack and Opiate use and crime in the town of Hastings. Three strands of approach are being used throughout this pilot, taking the form of Treatment and Recovery, Diversionary and Enforcement.
