Leisure Management Contract to Operate the Sovereign Centre Eastbourne

Eastbourne Borough Council ("EBC") is looking to appoint a suitably qualified leisure management company to operate the Council's new flagship leisure centre incorporating swimming pools, fitness, commercial leisure and catering services.
