Whickham Retaining Wall

A survey has recently been carried out at Whickham Police Station to assess the condition of the retaining third party wall. The survey outlined that the wall was deemed unsafe, therefore there is a requirement to demolish the wall and rebuild a retaining wall using he design attached (Appendix A) which considers the current ground conditions and site constraints, such as site access and the presence of both the domestic residencies and the substation.
