This is a modification notice relates to the need for additional works by the original contractor. Under Regulation 72b(ii) the cycling scheme was expanded to incorporate Charter Avenue/Canley Ford. The total contract is below PCR threshold for works and the modification is within the 50% value of the original contract. The original value was £1,500,000 The additional value for the modification is £521,760
