Public Realm Strategy for Morden Town Centre

The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to publicly engage, design, fabricate and implement a meanwhile public realm strategy to improve the street experience in Morden Town Centre by delivering interventions such as seating, planting and other structures to improve the pedestrian experience of the town centre that will remain in place for circa 5 years.
