Hallam Way is located within West Hallam in Erewash Borough, Derbyshire. The properties are at risk of flooding from surface water and ordinary watercourses due to the surrounding topography. The properties are known to have flooded internally in 2012, with some affected in 2014. Prior to 2012 it is understood that a number of properties have been flooded on a number of occasions.
