Landscape Recovery Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

The overall aim of this contract is for Defra to have a clear and robust framework, plan and capability to evaluate the Landscape Recovery pilot and understand the learning from the pilot. By the end of this contract, we will have: - Established an overall evaluation framework, theory of change and plan that will have enabled a process and value for money evaluation of the project development phase. - Set up a plan for the continued process, impact and value for money evaluation of the project implementation phase....
