Provision of In-House Medical Cover to Community Hospitals

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust require a provider/s to supply GP services. The contract is split into lots: Lot 1 - Richardson Community Hospital, Lot 2 - Sedgefield Community Hospital, Lot 3 Weardale Community Hospital. The Trust has the right to award either one lot - two lots - three lots or none lots to any provider. The contract will be for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months.
