Business Design_Target Operating Model Contract

UKHSA is seeking to develop a Target Operating Model to provide a vision that aligns changes in work across the agency and provides a clear road map to the agency's future state, identifying where further change and transformation is needed. The operating model will need to reflect UKHSA's core role protecting people from health threats and our role as a Category One response agency to do this and so reflect the need for the agency to pivot from BAU to response or surge mode as and when needed.
