2179-17 Winter Weather Bureau Services, Weather Station Upgrades and Maintenance

The East Riding Yorkshire Council relies on its weather station network for their winter operations. There is a mix of technologies in the network which require an Economic Operator who has the proven technical capability to process and display data from all of weather station types.
