Low Vision Service for Lincolnshire CCG's

The four Lincolnshire CCG's, Lincolnshire South CCG, South West Lincolnshire CCG, West Lincolnshire CCG and East Lincolnshire CCG are looking to procure a low vision service to cover the four CCG localities.
