PQQ - Tree Maintenance Services

The London Borough of Havering seeks to procure the services of a specialist arboricultural provider to provide tree maintenance services. There are approximately 20,000 street trees, an additional 3,000 trees on Housing land and over 250,000 trees in our parks and open spaces.
