Pop-Up Portsmouth - Seafront Catering & Retail Concessions

Portsmouth City Council, 'the Authority', is inviting proposals from suitably qualified catering and retail operators for the rental of one or more of the 'Pop-Up Portsmouth' kiosks for the sale of products or services to both residents and visitors. Operators can bid to occupy the kiosk(s) on a minimum term of 1 month up to a maximum term of 2 months.
