Coaching Supervision for Student Coaches

The sixteen academic Schools within the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) employ Student Coaches to work one-to-one with students who need additional support to complete their studies. A significant proportion of the work supports student's ongoing mental health conditions, using a broad range of coaching skills and signposting to best support each student.
